Drought Worsened in Some States in 2004; 2005 will be very telling

The drought of the West appears to be the worst in over 500 years. This is what the scientists at the U.S. Geological Survey are now saying and we have been reading in America’s Newspapers.
The Western States which rely on the Colorado River have been in a drought for ten years now. The Colorado River is the most important source of water for 26 million people across the West, including Southern California, Southern NV, Phoenix, etc. Many environmental groups state that his reinforces the need to figure out a better way to manage the Colorado River before reservoirs run dry.
The Water report is saying the drought has produced the lowest flow in the Colorado River on record, with an adjusted annual average flow of only 5.4 million acre-feet at Lees Ferry, Ariz., during the period 2001-2003. During the Dust Bowl years, between 1930 and 1937, the annual flow averaged about 10.2 million acre-feet, the report said.

A Thorn in the Side for American Business and Consumers - Natural Gas Shortages and Cost Issues
Natural Gas Issues and costs are tough on Americans and American Business. There have been many incentives for businesses and industries to use Natural Gas to assist in clean burning fuel. Natural Gas is a big issue. The DOE has some interesting studies on this;

What this shows is that many industries will be adversely affected. This will hurt the United States position in the world markets for products and services putting us at a disadvantage. Also it will mean higher costs and mean increased inflation for consumers and many jobs lost by companies unable to compete. The worst part of it is the incentives previously given to businesses to switch to cleaner burning fuel and now those who complied and followed the responsible cause due to political pressure from the left are now the ones getting burned. Why? Due to the increased bureaucracy, regulations, NIMBY, who made the promises in the first place. This is nearly as bad a play from the liberal left as the eco-terrorists destroying buildings and putting tons of CO2 and combusted material into the atmosphere? Now that is special. What a contradiction cause a fire to stop pollution? Can anybody see what we are doing to our infrastructures which are already over taxed?
Electromagnetism, The Universe, And You

An electric current produces a magnetic field. This is the principle of the electric motor - varying electric currents moving along wires make magnets with drive shafts spin around in circles.
A moving magnet makes an electric current flow in a nearby conductor. This is the principle behind the dynamo - magnets being whirled around mechanically on one end of a drive shaft make electric currents flow along wires.
Michael Faraday discovered the links between electricity and magnets - that they are actually a single force: electromagnetism. To explain how the effects of electromagnetism work, he invented the scientific concept of THE FIELD OF FORCE. The effects of the fields of force from magnets and electric currents are not felt in an aura-like area around the magnet, as I had until recently believed, but rather in specific curves around the object. You can witness this for yourself. Put a magnet under a piece of paper and place iron shavings on top of the paper. The shavings do not shift to gather in the area above the magnet, but rather form curved lines showing the lines of the field of force, which look like the ripples in a pond if the paper is the surface of the water and the magnet is the stone which has been dropped into it.

Scientists are learning ways to turn off and on Bacteria too by switching proteins on and off. Well this is incredible and brings us closer to the idea of Matrix II, where human beings are and all species are living a computer program. Kind of Science Fictionish. It is such a great period to be alive and rivals the Renaissance and or Roman and Greek periods. We are finding ways to merge BioMetrics, Computers, Nano-Tech and Autonomous robots. Calling these things Microbial machines is a cool enough term, but the incredible value to mankind is enormous. e. Coli bacteria kills 5800 people per year due to problems in food processing and preparing. Many programs attempt to teach workers about these issues. What if we put certain bacteria in bird seed? That stopped West Nile Virus. By putting the anti-virus in bird seed, which the Culex piepen Mosquitoes feast upon spreading the West Nile Virus, then the migratory birds could not spread it to the Mosquitoes who give it to us and our livestock. Lacing the bird seed with a bacteria which eats away at the Virus and could be turned on by remote control when birds or mosquitoes come close would kill the virus as it approached livestock or areas where people live.
Should We Allow The Genetic Modification of Insects?

Some scientists argue over creation, intelligent design and evolution. Others argue did man create god or did god create man. Let us discuss our scientific advancements. When does Man cross the line and become a god? Or a creator or modifier of life to such a degree that he has changed the entire current scenario? One interesting development has been to make corn better for ethanol, simply modify the corn more. Call it Super Corn, which uses little water to grow, has high yields and can be used to make plastics, fuel and/or feed the world.
Well what if we genetically manipulate mosquitoes, modify them too, modify them in such a way they do not carry malaria or West Nile Virus? Genetically modified Mosquitoes to hang out next to genetically modified corn and eaten by genetically modified bats who are hardly bothered by the genetically modified people whose mitochondria DNA is modified so they do not need oxygen as much therefore the problems of pollution are not important and no one still no one ever gets malaria or West Nile Virus? Sound crazy?

Preventing Flooding on Individual Farmers Fields to Save Crops

I propose permits be given to farmers to they can set up along the edge of their fields a microwave array to burn a hole in the clouds when severe weather threatens their crops. I would propose that this concept be completely privately funded and be done in conjunction with the FAA. As a wicked storm approaches the farmer can minimize his loses by slight overhead weather modification. The array can be pointed out at a forty-five degree angle to the approaching cloud until the width of the field is displayed on the bottom side of the cloud. As the cloud passes over it will begin to regroup and come back together without changing the over all regional weather.

This can be done and save crops from ruin in the event of a huge storm which threatens to ruin the entire seasons crop. Permits can be given out to the operators of these units under an understanding that in the event our country is attacked that this piece of equipment is now to be used in the defense of our country or commandeered by the National Guard. Meanwhile the farmer cannot hire out the service unless certain severe or extremely untimely weather conditions exist during planting or potential flooding conditions.
Sound From Transmission Power Lines Should Never Be Wasted

High Tension Power lines and transmission line towers make noise, we have all heard this. But Sound can be a source of energy in that it can be harvested to make steam in my humble opinion. Here is my thought then; Large Capacitors which "hmm" or “BZZZZZZZ” can be surrounded by another shell which has within it another an enclosed cavity that has inside of it Helium. The sound waves will penetrate the wall of the enclosed cavity or horse shoe shaped enclosed tank, which is thin, but strong and holds in the helium. It can be made of carbon fiber and composite but coated with a ceramic or glass type coating. The tank can also be on the ground and the enclosure has a tube down to the ground where the sound will travel and using harmonic and bouncing the sound around the outside of the container where the Helium is trapped it will enhance the sound which surrounds it.
Creating Artificial Time in a Vacuum With Pulsed Lasers

Keying off a very interesting concept confined within Static Quantum Theory and looking for the edge of time or the end of energy or the Quantum Borderline or virtual boarder of nothing. One might use the idea of pulsed lasers created in a defined confined area of a vacuum to create a singularity of a pulsed laser, whose immediate disruption pulses of the singularity which would follow would reach the end of the confinement area faster than the light which would in fact be created and then this traveling disruption would trigger another pulsed laser reciprocal event on the far side of the confinement whose pulsed laser would send it’s disruption of the event to occur to the original point of the first singularity of the original laser or starting point, which would trigger the turning off of the first laser before it created the event of singularity or light.

These aircraft will either fly from the front or the rear of a formation of four other UAVs which will have aboard Composite Mirrors (University of Delaware White Papers Avail.) to reflect the laser around a pentagon formation. Each UAV will send energy around to each other by way of mirror. The final leg of the pentagon will not be returned to the main source of the laser. Each UAV will send reflective energy to the center of the formation, which will allow the beam to hit no aircraft in the formation. Each UAV will be coated with material, which will be charged the same as the lightning and therefore will not attract the lightning strike. In the center the beam will connect and then a chemical laser will shoot through that middle and attract the lightning by way of pulsed laser beam. Attracting the lightning at the desired interval and increase the intensity of the storm to intended best secure objective.
Brain Waves Activating to the Tune of a Different Drummer?

Well, here is a most interesting thought. There are many who have heart murmurs from birth and many with heart murmurs, which are not negative from a health standpoint.
So in that set of thoughts, and knowing that the heart beat of the body effects the brain waves and frequencies. If a heart murmur were to let’s say every fifth or seventh beat skipped or did a quick double beat on one end then this would effect the brain waves. What if this heart murmurs every seventh beat, does a three step. What if this has caused such brain waves to cycle or jump or activates another set of brain waves throughout a person’s life. What if the combination of those brain waves causes a rogue wave or different than normal combination or peak and what if that peak could be sustained as a separate wave for higher learning, understanding and optimum performance.
Often it has been studied that some environmental issue has caused the brain to change slightly and sometimes causes those with the changes to be better at some types of cognition than others. Other times it can cause mental health issues, which are quite serious to ones health and ability to think, reason, adapt or cope with normal life stresses.
