Creating a Hurricane using a Space based laser array to heat up surface waters when conditions are right. By using a tropical storm system and super heating the water in the path and then in a counter clock wise direction if in the Northern Hemisphere or Clock-wise if in the Southern Hemisphere because;

Building a Single Unit CO2 Laser Grid

When using a CO2 Laser to shoot down an incoming projectile, which enters a safety zone, it will be necessary to hold the laser on the target for about 5 seconds or more. To do this we must be able to shoot the laser in a grid, therefore if the projectile or aircraft or guided missile or even a UAV takes evasive action such as a high- speed high “G” 90 degree turn you can still register a kill on the target. Because, whichever direction it turns it will still be well within the grid and the grid can re-direct to center the target within the grid until the 3000 plus degrees of the laser destroy it.
Military Convoy Artificial Tubes for Safe Travel

There appears to be a way to control the safety of an entire convoy of logistical vehicles on a long highway, with no close air support and completely removed from satellite communication or AWACS Surveillance. Let me explain this concept. First picture a pentagon horizontal shaped tube, which extends along a highway, which starts at the ground. The supply road of travel would be in the middle of the tube. Now then, a vehicle in the back would have a laser system, which would be facing forward in a slightly increasing perspective angle to encompass several hundred yards as it approached the first third of the front of the convoy.
The vehicles would travel within the pentagon shaped tube encased in non-penetrable set of waves while under complete control from the last and first vehicle. Inside this tube on the highway vehicles would travel autonomously using networked sensors.

The vehicle in the back would have a high-energy antenna facing forward, which would send out the waves by laser-sound, electro-magnetic combination. This would create forward facing walls paralleling the direction of the convoy. Through out the convoy would be devices mounted on vehicles every 20 vehicles, which send up waves, which would bounce off the impenetrable walls at all angles within the artificial parameter of the tube.

We can genetically modify a rat to be the same body temperature as a humans, then parachute in several thousand rats into enemy territory. These rats will pick up the enemies advanced warning and intrusion sensors by way of heat signature.
The enemy, thus thinks they are a division of troops with heavy armament trying to hide, perhaps interpreting these signatures as thousands of troops with all but a little of their skin showing. Think of the Predator movie where Sylvester Stallone was being hunted by the alien for sport. When "Sly" covered his skin with thick mud only a little heat signature could be seen. Troops with heavy bulletproof vests made of Kevlar with ceramic peck plates and helmets would appear similar and thus the area of a rat would be a similar amount of heat signature of human wearing such gear. Once you fool the enemy you can capture him?
Down Scrolling Text to Find Patterns

I believe a program can be written to scan text such as an email, story or article in Western Languages, which might indicate a pattern which maybe of valuable insight. By Down Scrolling Text, which we have all done, whether thinking about it or not, we will most likely Find Patterns Which Indicate Hostile Intentions, sadness, stress or vengefulness. Perhaps you can determine intelligence levels, etc. Try it sometime. Read 10 pages of text from an individual and then put yourself in the writer’s shoes. Was he-she angry in the article or report? Were they honest in their summation or point of issue? Was there a point of issue? Or like the uni-bomber did they ramble somewhat? Look at the text of Mienkoff or patterns in the Declaration of Independence.
I believe text and the patterns you can see when you concentrate on the pattern rather than the words while down scrolling, might give you more insight than you think. I have tried this with my own writings and remembered what else I was thinking during the article to classify each article. I found the patterns when down scrolling looked similar when the articles were similar in nature. For instance a scientific thought had a different pattern when down scrolling than a Rant and Raving about bureaucracy, stupid linear decision making or foreign powers exercising their self interest over that of the American People.
Human Motion, Walking, Running and Gait for Identification

Identifying a human gait, walking patterns, running exists. Can such records be of value? Many think so. Why is this so important? Well every time Bin Laden is on TV no one knows if it is real or not. You cannot take a DNA sample, no retina scanning, fingerprints, well then facial recognition? Harder on video tapes at only one angle. Some ones gait could be viewed and downloaded by a sniper to decide if this is the correct target, although chances are it is best to kill all the doubles anyway, the fewer they have the closer you are to the primary targets.
We can certainly thank the movie industry and specifically the animation Gurus in Burbank, CA. Much of the differences in gait has to do with the knee and foot and the geometry associated with it. There has been much work on these ideas and many worthy projects and good information and of course science seems to mimic nature often and there is one modeling of an interesting creature of the Snake.

Aluminum Oxide to Disrupt Laser Weapons

In a defensive move to eliminate communication of an enemy, an offensive system using a chemical laser would be a good idea. In manufacturing we have lasers, which coat materials so they can be combined or heat-treated in the application process. This process of depositing coatings by lasers is known in manufacturing as Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) is a generative laser process.

With an airborne chemical laser you could coat the enemies communications, such as antenna, laser optical components with aluminum oxide dust.

By contaminating out bound CO2 lasers or Argon Laser components with aluminum oxides our enemy will be unable to fire upon our aircraft, UAVs, Smart Flying Technologies or incoming weapons. Once the enemy is rendered without defense a small time period could be given for surrender or submission of our political will in exchange for being spared the destructive issues, which come with war. Perhaps this might be a last chance to overt war and although it could further complicate Boyd’s ‘OODA Loop’ it would also be quite benevolent in the events leading up to our beyond limited war. As the enemy’s options are eliminated in a pre-chaos and confusion added step, our ability to negotiate a favorable settlement before surgical removal of those who wish us or our allies ill will.

In the event of Bio threat how to mobilize Hospitals in case of biological emergencies should close except for broken bones and accidents. Instead those who believe they have contracted a biological terrorist induced pathogen, virus or disease should be required to stay at home.
Then mobile vans with specially trained technicians would come to them in a grid defense program. Also involved would be a grid defense mutual assistance fill in the gap program. After the people have been inoculated with the anti virus drugs, later in the week the Car Wash Guys, this just happens to be my company, but there are 21,000 independent mobile pressure washer companies in the US currently. They would be scheduled to perform a decon-foam spray down of the house, cars, yard and other contaminated objects (decon-foam to be stored at fire stations and virus serums would be stored at a military base with a couple of C-130s, and 747s available to deliver it by air to the nearest airport of the outbreak) (inoculations also would be stored in Guam, Hawaii and Alaska all at military bases with Air Guard units ready to deploy with a quick manual of protocol). Each time there was any type of breakout we would have instantaneous response. People could watch TV to see what to do. Wow, the media could actually help things for a change rather than creating hysteria.

We propose a Stealth Aircraft or non-stealth composite aircraft to have a honey comb structure with an external shell or skin for the diffraction of incoming laser weaponry, which we believe based on the results of the THEL Anti-Missile Defense System success, will be what future enemies will use to attempt to down our US Aircraft. Israel is selling information and weapons to China, Pakistan and other nations. Russia is also doing the same, it will not be long before everyone has and is planning to use such technologies for both offense and defense.
We propose that with in these Honeycomb Structures will be the engine noise of the aircraft fine-tuned to a hyper sound frequency. The sound will be such that it does not allow the sound to escape but rather dissipate. The sound will also have a harmonic resonance and proper balance to enhance the structural integrity of the skin, ceramic coating and any metallic structures of the aircraft. In the event that the aircraft is hit with a laser the hyper sound will interfere with the incoming laser light enough to render the laser weapon useless.

It appears we have found many identifiers for Bio-Metrics to identify people. In this new age of International Terrorism with bad guys trying to get Pilot’s Licenses, HazMat Driver’s Licenses, get onto airlines, step onto buses and sneak over our borders we need a fool proof system. Currently we use fingerprints to identify criminals and those who hold important positions. Some of the newest forms of security include retina scans, voice prints, palms, DNA, Implanted RFID Chips, etc. We have devices, which can see thru trucks, pick up the scent of bio-weapons that use heat to pick-up illegal human trafficking inside vehicles. We need sensors to pick up human intent. Lying devices tell us when someone is exuding thru facial sweat glands, but what about a person who is not close to the device? Inside a vehicle, in a crowd or approaching a sensitive check point. Advanced warning could be the difference between life and death.
