ICE AGES: - The impact of the ice ages and inter-glacial effects on the rise and fall of ocean levels and the earth readjustments to the departure of the ice cap cannot be over-looked in the human historical picture. Research in the area is far greater than in the recent past and we can learn what might have happened to earlier civilizations on earth. Atlantis is a given name for a civilization that inhabited many islands and coastal regions, in my mind. The idea of one central location makes little sense when one considers such things as Ice Ages and changes in the flow of the Gulf Stream and climate that resulted. Because it lasted for from 30,000 to 100,000 years and may have co-existed with other civilizations rising and falling it is most inauspicious to debate one specific time when it was in Tara or Crete or the Azores or Bimini or even Finias. That seems to be the usual debate among the over 25,000 books written about just this one lost civilization. As long as people don’t integrate all facts they inevitably just come up with theories to fit pet or prevailing concepts. In Gateway to Atlantis, ‘The Search for the source of a lost Civilization’ we see a far better scholar who is doing the right kind of investigation. Mapping of the ocean bottoms and geological understandings as well as studying glacial deposits and tree rings gives a better picture of history than history books.

CREATION OF ANIMATE FROM INANIMATE: - We have touched upon some scientific dry wells and frauds already. The idea of cold fusion and perpetual motion that the Utah researchers may not have achieved was just dealt with: but a recent report showing a Utah student using Farnsworth’s old designs is another example that makes me think Cold Fusion is going to be a reality. Chaos is the operating fact of the universe that does actually adapt and create or mutate through qualitative and quantitative leaps according to the Russian (Check out the New Frontier people who have a site on the web.) and mystical scientific paradigm-thinking. Thus many of the normal behavioral observations can only explain part of the day to day ‘reality’. A few decades ago science generated proteins from apparent nothingness and declared they had created life from inanimate. This concept and experiment was partially replicable and became touted and taught throughout all schools, but it was less than what it was represented to be in the final analysis. NASA now pronounces there is life everywhere including interstellar vacuums. Microbes are not the only reason for this truth.
Ocean Polymer Goo to Stop Enemy Ships, a Concept

Naval blockade using polymer goo to stop fleeing ships might be possible. In this concept we will use the goo to stick to the bottom of the opposing navy’s vessels. Is operation; "Salad Bowl" a secret weapon? No, blockades have been going on since warships have been used. It is merely another tactic in the arsenal as the modern use of blockades moves forward. Currently we are opposed by an enemy, which is running out of ways to attack us and therefore is looking desperately for new ways to disrupt our flows. This of course will not work long term, but as they try and fight the inevitable to the end and as that end draws nearer we are seeing thru their underground correspondence and call to action, such directions as attacking our ports, harbors, pipelines and supply chains. We know our enemy and we know they know about construction, shipping, oil and are involved in high finance, thus as we saw inn the 9-11 attacks use of such knowledge using a non-linear approach.
Acoustic Transducers and Light Waves for VSTOL, a Concept

Is it possible to use many acoustic transducers underneath an aircraft in a crisscross fashion to make the air much thicker. Almost like a platform that a VSTOL aircraft using low pressure could use to push off of? Although the amount of energy to be required to do this might be substantial; it seems to be possible.
The acoustic transducers mixed with some laser light waves and hypersonic and ultrasonic waves could re-align the air molecules into a temporary thicker barrier. Once this is produced the thickness of the air would be a moving platform under the aircraft. Then normal low-pressure airflow similar to a hovercraft would push upon this thicker air and create an aircushion lifting the craft upward. The benefits of using acoustic transducers with mixed waves in a crisscross fashion in this way could be used on an aircraft carrier to create more lift for take-off of VSTOLs.
It might also be used to fly helicopters without rotor blades, thus increasing the safety. The only real question is how much energy would it take? And if on an aircraft carrier the ship would provide the power to mix up the sound and light waves to create the temporary barrier of air, which the aircraft would use as its cushion on landing. A nuclear aircraft carrier is not limited by its energy potential while the aircraft itself is limited by weight you see? Anyway think on this.
Hurricane and Typhoons Show Drop in Ozone Levels

A recent study, which was conducted by the Florida State University, showed that ozone levels drop as the Hurricanes get bigger. The NASA funded study looked at readings in the upper atmosphere of 12 storms. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Hurricane Center (NHC) which forecasts Hurricanes uses the eye to pin point the Hurricanes position and with that data a hundred mile radius was taken and the ozone was measured.
Ozone keeps out harmful sun rays know to cause cancer. When it is in the lower atmosphere we consider it pollution, as it is harmful to breath. The study showed a strong relationship with regards to ozone, air pressure and spin of hurricanes.
I propose we find a way to steer these Hurricanes over diseased areas of the ocean, such as algae blooms, because it appears the Hurricanes, suck down the upper atmosphere ozone. By doing so the ozone would be forced to the surface and kill the red tides, which kill sea life and cause dead zones. First however we must study more to find out how concentrated the ozone becomes as it is sucked into the storms system and where it goes. Once we know that we maybe able to use this incredible force of nature to take care of this looming problem of the algae blooms and red tides? It might be possible, one never knows.
Social Robotic Bees to Prevent Killer Bee Attacks on Cities

We need to design tiny robotic bees, which can mimic real insect bees. By doing this bee keepers can help remove killer bee populations from city dwelling where they might attack people. Although some would say this is far-fetched, we are not that far off in understanding the bee population or their queen bee migrations. By developing tiny insect like Queen Bees which the bees will follow we can help divide hives and steer bees into areas where they can help us with our crop yields without killing little kids, pets and even adults.
African Killer Bees have migrated and are now in many western states and they have introduced themselves into the American Honey Bee populations which are mostly non aggressive. There have been many attacks in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and California. It is not uncommon for them to swarm onto a small pet or human being when agitated.
A small mini swarm of social robotic bees might change the behavior of these bee populations or help us divide them or move them to agricultural areas where we can co-exist. They help us pollinate and continue to enhance our crop yields by as much as 40-60% and we allow them to live in peace and make honey and grow.
Mini Robots Grid Meteorite Search

We need very much to study meteorites more, but we need more sampling to get this done. One way to do this is to go out hunting for meteorites. This is much easier said than done. But perhaps using some current technology it will not be quite so hard. For instance AFF Automated flight following systems has been used for more than a decade now. It uses GPS tracking by satellite to guide aerial fire fighting aircraft into the drop zone to let loose of their fire retardant. This is especially important when you cannot see and know that there is no ILS Instrument Landing System to guide you in.
We also have GPS systems which are used in construction with way points for heavy equipment, along with GIS they can do leveling with graders and scrapers almost without people involved. We also have robotic small tractors, which are being developed for use by Sandia Labs. Yet much of this technology is now; "off the shelf" technology. Take for instance the; Kanga D800R Radio Controlled Skidder. This could easily be used in conjunction with the AFF systems and GIS/GPS satellite tracking.

Mars Surface Exploration and AFF

As we study more and more about Mars we know there is life. Unfortunately in many regions of the planet it is not so evident. There is evidence of past water in abundance and perhaps some ground water under the surface; this is where we will find life. I propose using some Earth based technologies, which are over a decade old to map mars at a much more personal level. I propose using satellites and Automated Satellite Following Systems, which will control the paths of five or more UAVs in a swarm and grid pattern.
Much work is being done and the USAF has implemented systems to fly UAVs Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in ah hoc formations like swarms of insects or flock of birds. We cannot quite match evolution and bird flock formations but we are on our way. I propose keeping this task of swarming UAVs simple. I propose having every fifth UAV flown semi-tele-robotically sending information to the satellite. Due to the delay of time to get information back to Earth we will need to work on a 5-minute delay so the Uavs may need to have additional satellites flying or be able to stay aloft for many hours at a time on their own following each other spaced out by a width distance. All other UAVs will be controlled thru that data and by satellite in grid formations every half to three miles or more following longitudinal or latitudinal paths. All data will be collected by the larger control UAV, which is tele-robotically flown from Earth or an orbiting satellite space station balloon system. This queen bee, or swarm commander will interpret data and send in relevant data to the command and control tele-robotic augments simulator pilot. Each drone UAV will fly its line on the grid using an offset AFF.

ALTERNATE AND PARALLEL UNIVERSES: - The modern science of physics has opened many pathways or doorways to the infinite possibilities of ‘creation’. Evolution is not the only operational factor in our life and its purpose. Martin Rees is a world recognized astronomer and more. He has recently proposed that there have been many universes and their other components which have been created. The news reports have said that it was a matter of trial and error, until it became right. If so, who can say it is RIGHT at this moment? The theory of the mystics that is covered in ‘Harmonic Convergence’ relates to this possibility. There are universes outside the known universe according to science as it now stands.
Some describe the process as being like a balloon that one twists a piece off, which becomes a new balloon. Scalar fields of topographies with varying event horizons make the areas of science fiction most appropriate for conveying what is the state of the art in astrophysics. Event horizons or varying time elements also occur at the edge of ‘black holes’ and in different parts of the universe. The mere existence of ‘Black Holes’ is not possible to explain the reality of, by old paradigm thinking. Yet, they were known to the mystics and chaos scientists of 13,000 years ago. Energy comes out of them as well. There is more actual energy in the vacuum than everywhere else it seems.

BI-LOCATION (PADRE PIO & PYTHAGORAS): - I have some experience with an even more ‘fantastic’ occurrence that ties in with dematerialization. Some approaches to the Bermuda Triangle might even be part of a dimensional shift and the time/worm hole science, which String Theorists and chaos science are able to provide arcane formulations to prove.
My own experience is not a physical ‘bi-location’ so it would have astral or other simpler connections. Still, what the difference is between physical and metaphysical might be a large part of the whole reality we are struggling to conceptualize. Whether we call it ‘The Theory of Everything’ like Stephen Hawking and Einstein or the Unified Force Field of Tesla and Michael Faraday we are treading in some truly exotic territory. Though that is true, there are many exotic realities to be considered and ‘denial’ isn’t a river in Egypt. That is one of the places that Pythagoras (born to at least one acknowledged Phoenician) went to learn some very amazing things from the Pyramid. There are numerous people who reported upon his ‘bi-location’ experiences. These same people are considered credible when they report other things. Michael Grant is arguably the top modern classical history scholar and he writes that Pythagoras had some ‘weird’ ideas, even as he acknowledges he knows little about the things that were so well by and about a sage who affected all areas of life in his time. He reports these stories as fairly as can be expected for a person who has no basis to judge such things. The idea of ‘bi-location’ certainly is ‘weird’ but so are parallel universes, dark matter, intelligent design, cold fusion and a whole host of genetic, robotic and other scientific realities starting with computers which are about to include quantum teleporting gates.
